Introducing the Enrichment Yoga Study Program at Open Doors, an audit only yoga teacher training designed for the yoga student who has the desire to study and explore the world of yoga but is not necessarily interested or ready to commit to a teaching certification. As an Enrichment Program student, you will study along with our Teacher Training Students, but will not participate in practice teaching or requirements involved in becoming a certified yoga instructor.

You will learn:

• analysis of each posture with a focus on alignment and modifications

• hands on adjustment techniques

• both physical and energetic anatomy and physiology

• yoga philosophy and ethics

• other yoga practice modalities are also offered

​Registration includes a lifetime membership to our Open Doors Teacher Training Resource Center, an online library of videos and materials specifically designed for the yoga student/teacher.
