This is what makes them the perfect compliment to each other: HIIT being the high-intensity workout and yoga being mindful, but endurance based strength practice. You get the best of both worlds! This class is perfect for anyone wanting to take their practice up a notch and is looking for a fun, empowering, motivating, and more effective workout. Whether you are a yoga lover, a gym lover, or somewhere in between, come challenge yourself in a space where you can test your limits and discover how to reveal more confidence and self-worth than you ever have had.
